In 2026, the Stephenson County Fair is embracing an even more family-centered atmosphere by offering a fully alcohol-free fair experience. Our goal has always been to create a welcoming place where families, youth exhibitors, and community members of all ages can relax, explore, and enjoy time together. By removing alcohol from the grounds, we are reinforcing the fair as a space focused on tradition, agriculture, youth achievement, and wholesome community connection. We look forward to providing an environment where parents feel at ease, children can roam freely, and the entire fair experience reflects the values that have made this event a treasured local tradition for over 170 years.
