The Friend of the Fair program was established by the Stephenson County Fair Association in 2014 as a way to recognize an individual for superior service and significant contributions to the fair. Nominees can be, but are not limited to, past/present advisors, board members, super-intendents, volunteers, employees, exhibitors, etc. Anyone who is, or has been, affiliated with the fair may be nominated.
