NOTE: Above rentals (excluding Livestock Barns/Show Rings) include trash removal. Animal waste clean-up will be contracted through a third party, with Fair Association approval.

  • Prices above are effective as of 10/31/2021.
  • Prices subject to change without notice as approved by Stephenson County Fair Association Board of Directors.
  • Deposit of at least half of the total grounds rental charges are due with signed and initialed contract to guarantee date and reservation of facilities/equipment.
  • Balance of grounds rental charges and full electrical deposit due no less than three (3) weeks prior to day of event.
